Service Conditions

Rainy day schedules shall consist of water analysis and adding of any necessary chemicals and checking the operation of the pool equipment

The day of service may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as truck repairs, illness, doctor appointments, holidays, etc., but pools will be serviced.

Olympia Pools & Spas agrees to service the swimming pool beginning with the first visit after the pool opening, the customer who agrees to pay for the Pool Maintenance outlined above.

For Olympia Pools & Spas to maintenance your pool we need a few things from you.

Payment

A valid, current credit card number is required for payment of all charges. Olympia Pools will bill your service to your payment method on file and email you an itemized receipt at the time of processing, after the service has been completed.

Water Level

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the water level. We cannot be responsible for any equipment damages or other issues that arise as the result of low water level in the pool.

Yard Debris

All lawn, plant and tree trimmings away from the pool are. Additionally, during certain times of the year, due to to leaf fall, it may be advisable for the pool powner to empty the skimmer and traps in between our visits. This will help to ensure that the equipment is not damaged due to lack of water flow.

Pool Access

Pool owner must provide access to the pool site. Dogs, locked gates, can and will cause delays. This delay incurs an additional expense in both time and labor. Please make arrangements with our office to avoid these types of problems.
