Limited Service Availability

Due to pool closing season we will have limited technicians available to work on hot tub diagnostics. We will work warranties into the schedule as soon as possible. All other diagnostic appointments will be scheduled when an opening becomes available in the service schedule. We will contact you via text with more information when we have reviewed your service request.

Our technicians must have access to all sides of the hot tub when they arrive on site. They will not remove any deck boards in order to access the pumps or equipment. If they do not have access to the needed locations on arrival it will be up to their discretion on if whether they leave or wait for access to be provided. The service charge will be nonrefundable.

Service will not be able to be scheduled until pictures are received. This is also the number that all communication will flow through for your service request so feel free to add this number to your contacts.

Do you want to authorize an additional charge of up to $49.99 for any needed repairs at time of diagnostic. *

If our technician has the needed part on their truck. Do you want them can perform the needed repair while on site for the diagnostic removing the need for a return trip.

Freezing Conditions: *

Option 1 – Drain the Spa, remove all pump plugs, disconnect all unions and make sure there is no water in the lines or in the equipment. Option 2 – Keep the equipment heated in an effort to keep the equipment from freezing. It is very important to be VERY cautious, so as not to start a fire or damage the spa and/or equipment.
